A young British man has been killed after colliding with a snow cannon in the French Alps.The 22-year-old, who has not been named, died on Tuesday at the French resort of Val d'Isere.
He was a resort representative for the TUI Ski company and had been out skiing with several friends.
He is thought to have been skiing off piste when he hit the snow cannon, which is used to produce artificial snow to improve piste snow cover and extend the skiing season. Read More
